Adding Vehicles to Vehicle Customs

Question

I have added a few mods to my server and I would like to clean up the Vehicle Traders lists a bit by adding all the variations of vehicles to the Vehicle Customs lists. All vehicles that are added though mods are added to the CfgExileArsenal and some are in the traders.

For example, I have added this bit of code into the skins section of CfgVehicleCustoms:

        };
    };

However, it doesn't seem to magically work like I had hoped. What else needs to be done so that vehicles added through mods can be implemented into the Vehicle Customs traders?
