BEC problems

its all install and was working wen i 1st put it in but then i restarted my server  and now the in game messages aint showing up anymore

if you put the file into notepad++ and go to where it says, "line 28, column 40" you will see that is an ampersand (&) which must be an invalid character when it parses the string ... remove that, and any other possibly invalid characters .
 If you see the bottom status bar of my image, notepad++ tells you which line and column your cursor is at. (the screen capture didnt capture the cursor, but its at the &)

thank you shootingblanks nice one! i kinda figured it had sumthing to do with line 28 and notepad++ but cudnt see what i had done wrong thank you once again!
