I was reading and watching reviews about this yesterday and I can confirm at 100% that you will NOT gain anything be disabling HT, you will only lose performances in every other application.

For server performance, I ran a bunch of test on a Dual Xeon 6 Core *(24thread total) And the most performant setup was to run on only one CPU, WITH HT.

Launch command :

Start "Arma3Server" /wait /MIN /HIGH /affinity FFF C:\Arma3Server\arma3server.exe "-profiles=C:\Arma3Server\A3Master"^
 -name=Server "-bepath=C:\Arma3Server\BattlEye" -port=2302 -config=server.cfg -autoInit -loadMissionToMemory^
 -cpuCount=12 -exThreads=7 -high -world=empty -noPause -skipIntro -nosplash -noSound -maxMem=8192^
 -servermod=@ExileServer;@asm^
 -mod=^
@modHere;^
@anotherModHere;

4 core 8 thread version here :

Start "Arma3Server" /wait /MIN /HIGH /affinity FF C:\Arma3Server\arma3server.exe "-profiles=C:\Arma3Server\A3Master"^
 -name=Server "-bepath=C:\Arma3Server\BattlEye" -port=2302 -config=server.cfg -autoInit -loadMissionToMemory^
 -cpuCount=8 -exThreads=7 -high -world=empty -noPause -skipIntro -nosplash -noSound -maxMem=8192^
 -servermod=@ExileServer;@asm^
 -mod=^
@modHere;^
@anotherModHere;

PS: the enableHT command only seamed to lower performances. *(With the above command the HT is used anyway)
