Cup Vics

Question

Can anyone help with getting Infistar to allow me to spawn cup vics into the game. I can see them in the menu but when i click spawn they don't appear.

I  have enabled that and I have added to the start line but when i click on the vic that i want it says it spawned but does not appear

is there a place that cup vics needs to be or is it just in the root of the server

Root of server and load it as any other mods
You need to have the keys in the keys folder too.

As of infistar not letting you spawn vehicles, better post your whole config.
