This script will allow the buying, locking, unlocking, and repairing of all taru pods using the scroll menu.

I designed this because I was sick of having to bind user action 1 to lock and unlock and there was no repair option for taru pods. Unless they were attatched to the taru.

This is a very simple script, but I think it packs a punch to allow taru pods to be fully functional.

ADDED: FLIP ACTION 3/7/16

ADDED: Taru-Pod purchasing position fix 7/21/16

Install Instructions:

Download Script from Here

This Script is to allow players to Buy, Repair, Flip, and Lock Taru Pods just like any other vehicle Without haveing to bind custom actions.
All of the installation instructions are in the Readme.cpp file that is in the main folder that i built for you.

I am working on a way to Scan the damage of a Taru Pod, but there are no hitpoints. So for now just be sure it is damaged before you use 1 DuctTape. The script will fix the taru pod no matter what even if it is not damaged so I will fix that later.

No problem. Glad it is all working well for you guys. Right now I am working on a zombie mission addon for servers that will work like dms missions, but for zombies. Stay tuned :)

You dont need to call it from anywhere it is already called in the code you add to the config.cpp file.

//Place this somewhere after class CfgInteractionMenus. Just use CTRL F and search for CfgInteractionMenus

class PODS
	{
		targetType = 2;
		target = "StaticWeapon";

		class Actions
		{
			class ScanLock: ExileAbstractAction
			{
				title = "Scan Lock";
				condition = "('Exile_Item_ThermalScannerPro' in (magazines player)) && !ExilePlayerInSafezone && ((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) != 1)";
				action = "_this call ExileClient_object_lock_scan";
			};

			// Locks a vehicle
			class Lock: ExileAbstractAction
			{
				title = "Lock";
				condition = "((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) isEqualTo 0) && ((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) != 1)";
				action = "true spawn ExileClient_object_lock_toggle";
			};

			// Unlocks a vehicle
			class Unlock: ExileAbstractAction
			{
				title = "Unlock";
				condition = "((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) isEqualTo 2) && ((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) != 1)";
				action = "false spawn ExileClient_object_lock_toggle";
			};

			// Repairs a vehicle to 100%. Requires Duckttape
			class Repair: ExileAbstractAction
			{
				title = "Repair";
				condition = "call ExileClient_object_vehicle_interaction_show";
				action = "execVM 'addons\tarupodrepair\tarupodrepair.sqf';";
			};

			// Flips a vehicle so the player doesnt have to call an admin.
			// Check if vector up is all messed up.
			class Flip: ExileAbstractAction
			{
				title = "Flip";
				condition = "call ExileClient_object_vehicle_interaction_show";
				action = "_this call ExileClient_object_vehicle_flip";
			};

		};
	};

if you notice under title = "Repair"; it calls the tarupodrepair.sqf

just create a folder called tarupodrepair in your addon folder in your mission file and place the .sqf in there

We can no longer move our taru pods by hand. We used to be able to scroll and there was an option for us to move it around, carry it, but it seems to be missing. Could this update have disabled that function from igiload?
