how to make mod whitelisted.

 

any mod don't use on server.

You mean so if people run a mod that your server doesn't have? 

Add the bikey to your server or set "verify signature" and "equal mod required" to 0

Wouldn't recommend doing verify signature and equal mod required to 0, since you'll be able to join the server without the mod then, + you can run mods on client end to inject the server with malicious code, with this method you might as well rename your server to "HACKERS PARADISE". 

To whitelist mods, just throw in the bikey to the keys directory, it won't be required to run unless the server also is running with the mod under -mods=.

yes, obviously it's not something you'd want.
