Any object, person, thing, building, whatever can be deemed a trader by doing this - (vehicle is just an example, can be done for all trade types)

this setVariable ["ExileTraderType", "Exile_Trader_Vehicle"];

Therefore, you can create a soldier, dress him however you please and add this line to him.. he will now be a trader.

Anyone already created custom skinned traders and willing to show the code?

So basically you could have any building functioning as one big trader?

Awesome

For the people that still want to do this, this is an example of code you can use:

Spoiler

_trader = [
        "Exile_Trader_CommunityCustoms3",
        "PersianHead_A3_02",
        ["HubStanding_idle1", "HubStanding_idle2", "HubStanding_idle3"],
        [12066.2,12640.3,0.0571289],343]
call ExileClient_object_trader_create;
_trader setVariable ["ExileTraderType", "Exile_Trader_CommunityCustoms3"];
_trader forceAddUniform "U_B_CombatUniform_mcam_tshirt";
_trader addVest "V_PlateCarrierSpec_mtp";
_trader addBackpack "B_AssaultPack_mcamo";
_trader addHeadgear "H_Bandanna_mcamo";
_trader addGoggles "G_Bandanna_khk";
_trader addWeapon "MMG_02_camo_F";
_trader addPrimaryWeaponItem "muzzle_snds_338_sand";
_trader addPrimaryWeaponItem "acc_pointer_IR";
_trader addPrimaryWeaponItem "optic_AMS_snd";
_trader addPrimaryWeaponItem "bipod_01_F_snd";

Crunch,  For customizing the trader's gear, I followed what you posted above. Now, I don't have special gear mods loaded like RHS or anything, just Amra 3 with DLC. When i pasted in what you posted above, nothing worked. He had the standard trader gear. So then I added the "remove" lines of code, which worked, but I found that the traderis naked except for the backpack I want him to have. The portion of my code I'm referring to is listed below. Any thoughts, anyone?

Spoiler

_trader =
[
    "Exile_Trader_Armory",
    "PersianHead_A3_02",
    ["HubStanding_idle1", "HubStanding_idle2", "HubStanding_idle3"],
    [6908.78,7756.06,0.1],57
]
call ExileClient_object_trader_create;
_trader setVariable ["ExileTraderType", "Exile_Trader_Armory"];
removeallweapons _trader;
removeallassigneditems _trader;
removeallcontainers _trader;
removeAllWeapons _trader;
removeAllItems _trader;
removeAllAssignedItems _trader;
removeUniform _trader;
removeVest _trader;
removeBackpack _trader;
removeHeadgear _trader;
removeGoggles _trader;
_trader forceAddUniform "Item_U_I_CombatUniform";
_trader addVest "Vest_V_PlateCarrierGL_rgr";
_trader addBackpack "B_Carryall_cbr";
_trader addHeadgear "Headgear_H_helmetB";
_trader addGoggles "Item_NVGoggles_INDEP";
_trader addWeapon "Weapon_arifle_TRG20_F";
_trader addPrimaryWeaponItem "Item_optic_Hamr";

Is "AddWeapon" working with this? I've tried changing the weapon the trader has, but he still has the default weapon.
