Body temperature doesn't change SOLVED

Hey I'm not sure if I have a bug or a configuration error but I've noticed my character's body temperature never changes according to the environment, it's always on approximate 37 degrees. I even made the environment temperatures fluctuate more wildly which works for the climate but body temp always stays the same. I looked in the RPT but it doesn't seem to show anything about temperature. I run with zombies and demons and ExileZ and don't use infinistar... Sorry if this has been asked I tried the search function

Edit: I had to put in more dramatic values to see the effect but now I can see it working.

Ah I see it working now! I put in some real crazy values (I also use a tweak to change to Fahrenheit) and I'm at -16 degrees environment, 93 degrees body temp and I'm losing HP. So it's working for cold I wonder if anything happens from overheating, if not I think you should get thirstier faster when overheating. Also different uniforms should have different temp values.

Have you tried just doing a fresh install of Exile? I would recommend attempting to test it in the base version, and than after that add ExileZ/Zombies & Demons and see what happens. Sometimes a fresh install can just fix all.

Same thing happens on my server.

Running a custom map so not sure if that has a effect on anything. I can get fireflies and such working but no temperature change.

Ok well I tried removing Z&D from startup parameter, fresh vanilla mission PBO and fresh server_config files but it still seems to be stuck at 37 degrees, well not sure what else to try maybe the database didn't get updated correctly?

That is a possibility. Next thing I'd try and say is delete the temperature column in your database and then run the exile.sql file to add it back. You can either delete all the things in exile.sql you won't need or you can just update it using the full thing. The only difference is using the whole thing will give you errors saying the column is already present. Either way works the exact same though.

Well I've been trying, I managed to drop the column and add it again but it's still stuck. I even turned off this "safe mode" for the script execution and reapplied the whole exile.sql script. Not sure if I should just try wiping the whole database or wait for a patch since it's still a prototype...

When you downloaded the newest server files, if you had a server before 0.9.6 than yes you do need to update it. If it's just the stock exile.ini than you can just replace it with the 0.9.6 one. if you didn't replace it with the newest update than that could be the cause of your problem

Dang that's not it the file I'm using matches the latest version. I guess I got to hope an update fixes it later and if not then I'll wipe the database...
