Removing "friendly fire" from kill feed

4 posts in this topic

Good afternoon People Exile,

I'm really enjoying Exile at the moment and so are the players on my server =]

But there is one little thing that is driving me crazy...

I have disabled the kill feed for players just to make it more PVP orientated BUT even though I have removed the kill feed e.g "BLAH was killed by BLAH at ***meters"

But it still shows "Blah was killed by Blah [Friendly fire] which I wish to remove.

Some players like to grief about who killed them etc hence why I wish to remove kill feeds completely.

I know it can be done as I have seen many Exile youtube vids and streams ..... Where Ive seen players kill other players, get the usual pop tabs and respect from killing a player but it doesn't show the kill feed Or the friendly fire part.

So my question is how do I remove the friendly fire from the kill feed?

It obviously can be done but I can't find anything on here or Internet.

ive asked the Devs but it's not been approved.

Anyone on there server managed to solve this?

Thanks in advance

Kappa

Just watched another stream of Arma 3 on exile where when they killed the friendly fire bit doesn't show up?

i find it hard to believe that nobody doesn't know how to remove this when nearly every game I've watched doesn't have it....

Just waiting for a Dev to reply but taking their sweet as time.

You're doing something wrong.

These messages don't show up for default exile.

I'm sorry I was taking my "sweet as [sic] time" to reply to a duplicate post you made that has already been answered before on the forums. (ass)
