Where can i find the File that has this :

I've Looked all over for it and can't seem to find it , i thought it would be in like config.cpp or something.?!

actually, could not find it there. :(

I'm using Exile 0.9.6 and running Esseker map.

could it be elsewhere?

That's the only place it can be. Without it being there your server would not start.
