i need Help with VEMF i cant install idk with Description ext

You need to expand your description of what goes wrong.

For starters, you have 

class RscTitles

in there twice. Just do this : 

class RscTitles
{
	#include "addons\statusBar\statusBar.hpp"
    #include "VEMFclient\hpp_mainVemfClient.hpp"
};

and get rid of the other one.
