Editing Exile.Altis Problems (SOLVED!)

Question

Posted (edited)

Ok, so I am editing the Exile.Altis to edit the cost of things, and to remove certain weapons from the buy list. Those weapons will be able to be obtained from missions, but I don't want players to just be able to buy them. I wanted some risk to be associated with obtaining them. In other words, for the big guns, and really cool vehicles, you are gonna have to fight.

So Anyways, it says that Line 1237 in the Exile.Altis Mission.sqm Mission  has already been defined.

class Mission
{
    addOns[]=
    {
        "exile_client",
        "a3_map_altis",
        "Ryanzombies",
        "rzinfection"
    };
    addOnsAuto[]=
    {
        "exile_client",
        "a3_map_altis",
        "Ryanzombies",
        "rzinfection"
   };  <-----------
};

That closing bracket with the arrow to it is whats causing the problem. I dont know whats wrong.

Don't pay the line numbers in pop up errors much mind. It's never right. If you're editing traders and got an "already defined" error, you have most likely added a duplicate somewhere.

The one below the one that's arrowed needs removing, there should only be one.

Here is the Pastebin.

http://pastebin.com/ee4VLZEp

class Mission
{
	addOns[]=
	{
		"exile_client",
		"a3_map_altis",
		"Ryanzombies",
	};
	addOnsAuto[]=
	{
		"exile_client",
		"a3_map_altis",
		"Ryanzombies",
	};
}

That is at the bottom of your pastebin. Was this a copy paste error or is this in your mission.sqm? Either way, that is what's causing your issue. It needs to be deleted.

So just that Last Symbol, or that Entire Chunk?

The entire chunk. You've already defined 'class Mission' above.

Ah. Hey, it worked. Thank you so much. That solved the problem.
