Question

Hi there,

I'm playing around with temperature and snow fall on Namalsk map atm.
I added to the class: Snow  some more surface types, so I have snowfall all over the map, but...
The density of the snow flakes is a bit too much for my likings.
Is it possible to tweak this a bit down to get smaller snow flakes?

I also would like to know how the snowfall is triggered.
It seems it's not related to the class Weather keyframes.
Is there a way to alter the snow fall chance?

Thanks in advance,
Stoll

Yes, you could tweak it if you want to. The snow system uses three particle emitters, one for near, medium and far distance. These particle emitters are stored in the global variables ExileSnowClose, ExileSnowNear and ExileSnowFar. The particle settings come from a config. Check the particle classes Exile_Snow_Close, Exile_Snow_Near and Exile_Snow_Far. You can tweak them by using this:
