Any errors previous to this crash? Does it crash at any certain time period, or is it random? Does it crash when something happens?

post up your entire RPT if it isnt too big :)

SO i had recently had some random crashes that were totally stumping me.

I did a very indepth look at the mini dumps and always the same. Access violation error .. MySQL - nothing new here...

I restarted my actualy dedicated blade (all servers) after "repairing" all the VS runtimes on each box.

This has totally resolved MY crashes.. hope this will also help you.

There are ways to examine the dump files, quite a few articles on it. It's the same thing as reading the mini dumps from BSOD.

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/d5zhxt22.aspx

I've had issues before and runnin BiS performance builds will often fix those crashes too. Don't have the link for those though.

like the above poster mentioned, make sure your VB and c++ run times are updated and working. You can use Windows update or uninstall/reinstall them.
