Uhm, it should be self-explanatory, but I miss the point right now ^_^
It sets the needed damage to destroy the defined items?

When it's set to 0 it's indestructable?

I think it sets all items so they take no damage from anything (bullets, cars, explosions etc) and making the only way to "damage" them is through scripts like the scripted base raiding
