Change map image?

Is there any way to change the map image displayed on loading? The one for Esseker shows a picture of Altis and I'd like to change that.

Have you tried changing the "loadScreen" in description.ext ??

That changes the exile graphic, not the map graphic.

Can you explain why it is showing the wrong image then? Before changing to the new loading screen, the map image was correct. Its only since Exile have changed to the new loading screen that we now get shown Altis and not Esseker.

Is it because of how Esseker's , map picture is coded? I see from the code that Exile is looking for mapPicture, where in the Esseker config.bin its pictureMap. (pictureMap = "Esseker\data\gfx\picturemap.paa";)

You could probably overwrite the code, like everything else can be overwritten.

Im not sure if you can as its not in the code folder. The file in question is @Exile\addons\exile_client\bootstrap\fn_preStart.sqf

I know you can do the loadscreen in description.ext but everywhere i read before, you couldnt change the map picture via it.

Oh ok, i never really thought of changing it. If it aint broke dont fix it i guess but in his case it is broke haha
