well depends how you want to do it. if in a mod you would just modify it inside CfgVehicles:

class Exile_Unit_Player: Exile_Unit_Abstract
{
	scope = SCOPE_PUBLIC;
	displayName = "Exile Player";
	model = "\A3\characters_F\common\coveralls";
	uniformClass = "Exile_Uniform_BambiOverall";
	hiddenSelectionsTextures[] = {"\exile_assets\model\Exile_Uniform_BambiOverall_co.paa"};
};

and just change the bambioverall image to the new image. but if not a mod then you cant do it this way.

So instead  you can just take the image from that location in exiles files, you will need texview2 and resave it as a .png and then  modify it to your hearts content using photoshop or whatever and then reopen it with texview2 and save it back again into the paa format as whatevername.paa

then you would use something like this code to put it on the player: (if 0 doesnt work try 1, 2 etc to find the selection the skin is)

target setObjectTextureGlobal [0,'Custom\Skins\Exile_Uniform_BambiOverall_co.paa'];

Would that go in the initplayerlocal?

well the code i gave no.. that was just an example.... but you could do something like this:

waituntil {alive player};

if (uniform player isEqualto "Exile_Uniform_BambiOverall" ) then
{
	player setObjectTextureGlobal [0,'Custom\Skins\Exile_Uniform_BambiOverall_co.paa'];
};

But be warned that if a player drops the clothes on the ground, then picks them up again, they wont be the retextured color! this simply retextures it, if they are wearing it when they join the server (untested)
