Black Market Traders?

I have been messing around with the config files and i just cant get the community trader to sell vehicles. I want to make a special trader so i sell stuff out side of safe zone. Any want to do that or make a whole new trader to do that for me

One thing you could do, if you can't figure it out, is place all your non-BM vehicles at the regular Vehicle Trader (including Aircraft), then use the Aircraft dealer to sell the BM vehicles elsewhere.

We just did this.  for equipment/weapons/food etc.       shoudl be the same in vehicle.

In you exile."mapname".pbo    goto the folder called Trader's.

 

under there you have another folder called custom.   under custom open your TraderCategoriesCUSTOM.hpp.    copy the vehicle you would like the custom trader to sell here.   make sure you edit them out of your exile/apex traders or whatever mod's you use.

 

eks.   i copied the name for different sniperRifles and did the following :    the first line here  :  class customSniperRifles   you can call whatever you like, as long as it not the same as the class name in normal trader's!!

then goto CfgTraders.hpp  under Trader folder:  and look at the spoiler :

i have choose the custom2 trader to sell the items below it.  there you also will see  "CustomSniperRifles",.   that is the one in above spoiler.

it can also sell normal items like "Ammunition",    the safezone traders also sell theese.

 

for price adjustment just edit them in the Itemlist*.hpp  under the trader's folder's  itemlistApex.hpp for apex related prices. 

The tradercatagories is were you define what items belong under what class.   Make sure all classes have different class name then the original classes.

And do not delete anything from you original files.   just place //  in front of the item you take out, and move the "," accordingly.   easier to go back at some point.
