[SOLVED] Infistar v60 BE kick #35

I keep getting this kick in from Scripts.txt since the @infiSTAR Update today...

The last part always changes ever restart (after "player setVariable") which makes adding specific exceptions more or less useless...

After trying to fix it myself several times and 5 restarts later I am resorting to you guys... Please help! (I am probably just being a noob here...)

you need to add this to the end on line 37

Read my second spoiler plus the whole post (it's really not that long) and you will understand that does not fix the whole problem.

The numbers/symbols/letters after "player setVariable" change every restart. Making a specific exception only work for 1 restart.... and therefor more or less pointless 



Thanks but I really do know how to put in a straight bit of exceptions, only it is not enough this time...



Hope there is someone who does know how to fix this.

script.txt is where you add the solveed issue 

scripts.log is where you get the issue from, so maybe you need to give us the correct info before you go off and start saying things like read my second spoiler and so on 

we are here to help if the correct info and wording is put in place

 

in saying this we need to see the hole script.log error message

This is the whole scripts.log error message, thats the problem; only adding the exception of the error you have that 1 restart, won't help the next, as the part after "Set Variable" in the scripts.log changes every single restart. But I will post a larger part of the scripts.log just because I can so you can see it yourself.

(Changed line 37 to 1 instead of 7 to temporary to fix the kicking until I have a better fix.)

(not all codes have been added as I sometimes restarted without adding the "old" #35 error to see if it would change or not. Awnser: it changes to a new #35 error every restart, with or without adding the exception).

As you can see I added multiple similar codes, as it gives a new one every time, and THAT is the issue I have.
I know how to put simple BE filters in, but this one seems to need a variable inside it to include all the possibilities, and I could not find it in the BE Filters @infiSTAR provided.


Maybe I need to add something somewhere else, I don't know. Or I messed up updating it somehow? Again, I don't know and cannot not find the core issue/fix.

I just sighted by the short reply you gave, which in my eyes told me you only read part of my post and therefor missed the core problem (I am not sure if you did or did not read the whole post at that time, or that it was an unclear post from my side).



I am not completely unskilled, but this specific problem I did not have before (an error changing ever to slightly every restart, no matter if you do or do not add the exception).




Again, please try and help me, I do not know why this happens like this. The only thing I changed was InfiSTAR plus all that where needed with that.

That specific one is not a problem anymore, I can fix single exceptions, but the main problem is, is that it will come up with a new one like the bottom examples:

In my view, this indicates that adding single exceptions it not the answer, as it will just come up with a million different variants).

So instead of adding a million different variants, which I am capable of doing, I would want to see if there is a variable that you can put (for example) at the end of the filter/exception that would include the whole range.

I think only a BE filter specialist or pro/very experienced scripter knows how to do that and which one to implement in this specific case.


I can't press enough that I know how to convert scripts.log reports to scripts.txt filters 1 on 1. That's not where I am looking for and that's not the answer from my point of view either (correct me if I am wrong).

This is also the very first time I see it happen that it comes up with a variant each time, even if you don't add the previous exception it gave you in Scripts.log.

 

Hope there is someone who is somewhat of an expert in this....

I'm having MAJOR problems with Battleshite at the moment... spent days trying to add filters.... in the end I just disabled it... 

Something seems broken with it at the mo.

Even tried a fresh server install and default tanoa map, default everything, and yet I have tried for days to get it to work without kicks, no joy.
