you dont need to put infistar in the launch parameters as long as infistar or a3_infiSTAR_Exile.pbo is inside your addons folder of @ExileServer

in your 2nd screenshot that way of doing infistar is long gone if you read carefully it does explain on how to do it

you need to add this into the description.ext

#include "config.cpp"
#include "CfgRemoteExec.hpp"
#include "infiSTAR_AdminMenu.hpp"

not in between below is what you had

class RscTitles
{
    #include "addons\statusbar\statusBar.hpp"
};

Put the "#include" lines at the top of your description.ext.

this is a copy of my description.ext

scroll al the way down and you wil see somthing that looks like this

showHUD[] =
{
    true,   // Scripted HUD (same as showHUD command)
    true,   // Vehicle + soldier info
    true,   // Vehicle radar
    true,   // Vehicle compass
    true,   // Tank direction indicator
    false,  // Commanding menu
    false,  // Group Bar
    true,   // HUD Weapon Cursors
    false   // Squad Radar
};

#include "config.cpp"

Spoiler

you delete this from your description.ext only the text i put in this spoiler

class CfgRemoteExec
{
    class Functions
    {
        mode = 1;
        jip = 0;

        class ExileServer_system_network_dispatchIncomingMessage
        {
            allowedTargets = 2;
        };
    };

    class Commands
    {
        mode = 0;
        jip = 0;
    };
};

showHUD[] =
{
    true,   // Scripted HUD (same as showHUD command)
    true,   // Vehicle + soldier info
    true,   // Vehicle radar
    true,   // Vehicle compass
    true,   // Tank direction indicator
    false,  // Commanding menu
    false,  // Group Bar
    true,   // HUD Weapon Cursors
    false   // Squad Radar
};

#include "config.cpp"
#include "infiSTAR_AdminMenu.hpp"
#include "CfgRemoteExec.hpp"

    class Commands
    {
        mode = 0;
        jip = 0;
    };
};

and this is how it needs to look like

You could always just follow the instructions that come with the Infistar files too...
