BE Client not responding, all players kicked

Hello,

we have currently a big problem, please need a answer asap :).

all our players get kicked everyday on 10pm -11pm with the reason "Client not responding" also they cant connect after the Kick. players stuck on "connecting ..."

Server is hosted on Hetzner, Windows Server R12
1GB pipeline

i already added in host.ini file:


127.0.0.1 ibattle.org
127.0.0.1 www.ibattle.org

Firewall opend ports: 2302-2305

maybe my basic.cfg is wrong configured?
