Refueling on Esseker

16 posts in this topic

Hey all,

Can anyone provide some insight on how you are handling refueling on Esseker? I believe there are a few (not many) gas stations around the map. Does anyone know where the refuel script is located in the Exile files? Has anyone had any luck porting this over to the gas stations on Esseker?

Thanks.

Thanks Trinity, didn't realize. Do you happen to know what the function is and how/where it's applied to make the gas stations work? Do gas stations always refuel vehicles by deafult on Altis and Stratis (I always thought it was mission specific). Can it be ported over to Esseker somehow or do they work be default?

Thanks!

i do believe its the gas station itself that has the code in it, if you place the fuel station from A3 into the map in locations i don't see why it would not work. To add the refuling to the fuel stations in the existing map i think you would have to edit the terrain itself sorry

that code will make your fuel stations work ...the ones already on esseker wont but if you place them on through editor (i use m3editor) and add them into this code they will work fine

Thanks man! You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Sorry for the follow up question, but can you decipher the numbers for me? Figure they are coordinates, but seems to be a whole lot more numbers than expected. Is there an easy way to pull those numbers from somewhere for placed items?

just use m3 editor and place on your map...then export sql ...then copy/paste into InitServer.sqf

just remember to use the same coding as what i pasted bud
