Like zombies? Like performance? like configuration?

Well, then this is the perfect mod for you!

 

Download

Installation (Can change depending on mod you're using):

Add the mod folder downloaded from the steam workshop to your server root folder and rename it @SM_Zombz (if it's not already)

Add the key from the keys folder to the keys folder in your server root folder

Add @SM_Zombz; to your server launch parameters so it looks something like this for exile:
-mod=@Exile;@SM_Zombz;

and this for epoch:
-mod=@Epoch;@SM_Zombz;

For EXILE:
	in your missionfiles description.ext find:
		class CfgRemoteExec 

	Add the following to it:
		class SM_ZombieDoMove { allowedTargets = 1; };
		class SM_Say3D { allowedTargets = 1; };
		
	Or, if you use infiSTAR, add those to the CfgRemoteExec.hpp in the root of your mission so it looks like this:
	class CfgRemoteExec
	{
		class Functions
		{
			mode = 1;
			jip = 0;
			class fnc_AdminReq { allowedTargets=2; };
			class ExileServer_system_network_dispatchIncomingMessage { allowedTargets=2; };
			class SM_ZombieDoMove { allowedTargets = 1; };
			class SM_Say3D { allowedTargets = 1; };
		};
		class Commands
		{
			mode=0;
			jip=0;
		};
	};

For EPOCH:
	in your missionfiles go to mpmissions\epoch.mapname\epoch_config\Configs\CfgRemoteExec.hpp:
	Find the following block:
        class EPOCH_server_removeMarker
        {
            allowedTargets = 2;
            jip = 0;
        };

	Add the following right underneath:
		class SM_ZombieDoMove
		{ 
			allowedTargets = 1; 
		};
		class SM_Say3D 
		{ 
			allowedTargets = 1; 
		};


In your missionFiles mission.sqm find:
	addons[] =

	And add these 2 addon dependencies to the bottom (remember that the last one is the only on that doesn't need a , (comma) at the end):

	"SM_Zombz",
	"SM_Zombz_Code"

If you want to override configs:
	Copy the SM_Zombz.hpp from this folder (install (or use the link below)) to your mission files root folder,
	then add the following to your description.ext:
	#include "SM_Zombz.hpp"


//Configuration file:

This mod adds:

Spawning zombies,

Controlling zombies (Controlled by clients, not server),

Performance,

Task scheduler,

Map icons,

Hordes,

Network system,

Zombie sounds,

Zombie animations,

infection,

and is highly configurable.

Interesting, haven't looked at it yet, but does this get rid of the AI scripts in Ryan's Zombies? The AI that comes in that mod is really bad, would love to play with something that is properly written. I was going to rewrite the AI for Z&D but been sidetracked with A2 Epoch upgrade for the last 3 months.

And you constantly get DDoSed by russian little teenie boppers that got but hurt for being perma baned.

This looks great... I'm just waiting for RZInfection incorporation - just one more thing to keep players on their toes!

preforms as advertised, with exilez i was killing my server trying to get even 50 zeds to spawn, with stokes' i get upwards of 200 zombies spawning for the same client fps and better server fps

 

-required if using ryan zombies

#1 is exploding heads? ( if so, it's already in, just not working, and it's been fixed in next version )

#2 is already in.. ( SM_Zombie_GlowingFace )

and is it normal why we zombie run faster by the distance ?
