[SOLVED] "Autoinit is supported only for persistent missions!"

3 posts in this topic

Seemingly have everything working, just stuck on this snag. I've read 3-4 other threads where this was an issue, and the fixes aren't working for me or the fix in unclear.

I have my config setup correctly (persistent=1). I think the problem lies with the server start bat.

Spoiler

@echo off
color 0a
title Exile Monitor
:Serverstart
echo Launching Server
E:
cd "E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server"
echo Exile Server Monitor... Active !
start "Arma3" /min /wait arma3server.exe -mod=@exile;Kart;Mark;Heli; -servermod=@exileserver; -config="E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server\@ExileServer\config.cfg" -port=2302 -profiles=SC -cfg="E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server\@ExileServer\basic.cfg" -name=SC -autoinit
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 15 >NUL
echo Exile Server Shutdown ... Restarting!
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 5 >NUL
cls
goto Serverstart

I've tried several permutations when editing the bat file, assuming it's some kind of formatting error. Nothing has worked. Looking for some input. Thanks.

After posting this, it occurred to me that some semicolons were missing. Added them and that seems to have fixed it.

Here's the new format:

Spoiler

@echo off
color 0a
title Exile Monitor
:Serverstart
echo Launching Server
E:
cd "E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server"
echo Exile Server Monitor... Active !
start "Arma3" /min /wait arma3server.exe -mod=@exile;Kart;Mark;Heli; -servermod=@exileserver; -config="E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server\@ExileServer\config.cfg"; -port=2302; -profiles=SC; -cfg="E:\Program Files (x86)\ARMA 3 DAYZ\steamapps\common\Arma 3 Server\@ExileServer\basic.cfg"; -name=SC; -autoinit;
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 15 >NUL
echo Exile Server Shutdown ... Restarting!
ping 127.0.0.1 -n 5 >NUL
cls
goto Serverstart

Cheers.
