Can't get custom traders to show

Hey guys, I've been playing Exile a while, and I decided to start my own server to really get the best experience. I've been experiencing a lot of issues, but I was able to resolve them. This one has me stumped. I have first us M3Editor to place objects and then place holders, using the coordinates and replacing them with actual traders inside initPlayerLocal.sqf, which has the following code added:

So as you can see, first attempt was M3Editor, then after further reading, I thought it was possible to do it with Exile Eden Plugin, so that's the latter part of the code. Objects spawn fine, but no traders. Anyone? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have extended base mod Installed? If so try disabling that and then see if they show up. I had issues with that mod on my server and even loading objects within the eden editor when that mod was enabled.
