The situation so far is : Custom LOOT is working as planned.  Loot Edits (Ie: Add or removal of what spawns were ) is working 99.9%.
The PROBLEM is for some reason i keep getting THERMAL BUDDY's  spawning. AKA : Heat packs.  Even though i have commented them out on the
First file.

Any eagle eyed person who can spot or point out why the dam useless item keeps spawning at MILITARY please let me know.
