High cpu utilization

hmm, going to have to ask my friend who specializes in this stuff again to explain it to me. i seem to recall him saying something to the regards that with cpu cores, 1st core uses arma 3, 2nd core used for AI, and with the threads, like it shows above, geometry loading for 1 thread, texture another, file operations another.
