Captureable cities

Have the ability for clans to be able to capture a smaller city or area.


it would provide larger world usage.

I'm pretty sure there is a mission frame work that does this. 

Xp per 10 minutes that's the town is held. Another clans stops it then either they take control or I cycles to another town.

Or owning the town gets you certain rights in the area. A percentage of sales from trader.

Probaby can be converted to clans once the exile god's bring in clans
