I see. Seems fair however I'm looking for a service like QGS a regular server was $30 however for wants mods like ExAd or infistar like I used as a example meant paying a monthly premium which was $45 a month.

if in the future killerservers adds this I'd definitely use your site. I played on tfg and they were great servers.

Can your provide more detailed specs? You say you have the bios tuned on the machines? Like what motherboards are we running on?

I have several host machines across various parts of North America and in France. Each machine is spec'd slightly differently. The machines on the West Coast are running on i7's and Xeon E3 CPU's. The machines on the East Coast and in France are running on Xeon E5 CPU's. All of our machines have base clock speed of 3.7Ghz or greater. The details of what motherboard is in our hosts isn't really relevant, but I will say that they're using commercial grade from Supermicro or high end consumer grade motherboards from Asus. When I mention that the BIOS is tweaked, I'm referring to CPU power settings and memory timings primarily.

Wish maps came with a mission file, also more one click installs. Really hoping that happens as killerservers has a lot going for it. Especially that Vancouver node!

Speaking as an inexperienced server owner, I can attest that This company is amazing to work with. Every time I got stuck, broke the sever, was missing some 3rd party software (like FTP, notepad++, pbo manager) Brian pointed me in the right direction and helped out immediately. The service and product you get for the price is the best I could find and I'm extremely happy I found them. For reference, from the time I made the purchase to the time I had it up and running, including installing the mods I wanted took a week. And I did a large part of it myself and had never looked at a SQF file or done any scripting before this.

This is coming soon. In development are mission files for popular maps like Chernarus, Napf, Esseker, etc.

I'm also going to launch script installation and support packages in the near future. You tell us what scripts you'd like installed and configured and we'll do it for you. There will be two options for the support packages.

  1. A one-time installation fee to cover installation and initial configuration of the scripts. Price varies on the number and complexity of scripts. Any modification requests will be an additional charge. This option is great for people that know enough to maintain a server, but don't want to be fussed with setting up the scripts themselves.

  2. Flat monthly fee. We will install and configure the addons / scripts for you. We will also take care of any modification requests you have. The amount varies based on the number and complexity of scripts being installed and maintained. This option is great for people that want to run a custom server but aren't experienced enough with scripting for Arma, or have the confidence to install and configure scripts for Exile and want someone else to manage it.

Watch here for the announcement in the coming weeks.

I'd like to add my own comment here to tell my thoughs about Killer Servers.

They are very friendly, answer really fast, react very fast, and mostly : they know and understand perfectly what they speak about.

My servers were at Nitrado, but after lot of VERY weird crashes, or some other problems, I finally realized that they didnt really know what they were doing or even just understand what I was speaking about if I started to speak with some technical words...

I moved to Killer Servers and my coder life changed :D

And question of performances, none of my players told me anything wrong yet, and as far as I saw everything was running fine :) so everything is good !!! I vouch for that company.
