refuel Custom placed fuel pumps


I placed down a couple of fuel pumps in a custom trader city on Bornholm (work in progress test server)

I initially used  Land_FuelStation_Feed_F which gave me a refuel scroll option but it didn't work so I changed them to the same item as the ones used in all gas stations around the map  Land_fs_feed_F but I still only get a refuel scroll option and it does not refuel the vehicle like it normally would by just parking beside it

pumps are placed like all the other buildings in the initServer.sqf


all I get is this when I park next to them (selecting the refuel option doesn't work either)


any help to make this work like a normal pump would be very appreciated

All objects placed in the initServer.sqf are just "cosmetic objects". They exist on both server and client, but they are not synchronized over the network. All objects in this file are spawned via createVehicleLocal, thus they are not simulated. Fuel stations, doors, lights etc. need to be simulated to work properly. Possible solution for this is to either place them in the mission.sqm (everything is simulated there) or to use the following code in your initServer.sqf:

if (isServer && isDedicated) then 
	    private ["_object"];

	    _object = (_x select 0) createVehicle [0,0,0];
	    _object setDir (_x select 2);
	    _object setPosATL (_x select 1);
	    _object enableSimulationGlobal true; // for clarity
