Solved with:

_random = count nearestObjects [_playerObject, ["Land_Airport_right_F"], 100];
	if (_random > 0) then	
	{
		_salesPrice = getNumber(missionConfigFile >> "CfgExileArsenalRandom" >> _itemClassName >> "price");
	} 
	else 							
	{
		_salesPrice = getNumber (missionConfigFile >> "CfgExileArsenal" >> _itemClassName >> "price");
	};

Guess there is a smater version to do it?
