Trader's not appearing!

4 posts in this topic

Hello there,

I've followed the tutorial given below and doen't seem to work for me. I've changed the position of the trader and orientation. Packed the mission file into a .pbo and started the server. Joining the server, teleported with infiSTAR over to the location, and traders are not there? I'm on newest version of Exile.

Tried1: Replacing position and orientation from other traders already located in the file. (Yes, I'm on Chernarus!) :)

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
// Example Trader
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
[
    "Exile_Trader_Aircraft", <-- Trader Type
    "AfricanHead_03",
    ["Acts_Kore_IdleNoWeapon_loop"], <-- Trader Animation type
    [10165.2,18644.1,0], <-- This is the position of the trader
    313.349 <- This is the orientation of the trader
]
call ExileClient_object_trader_create;

mine looks like this:

Quote

_trader =
[
    "Exile_Trader_Armory",
    "Exile_Trader_Armory",
    "WhiteHead_17",
    ["HubStanding_idle1", "HubStanding_idle2", "HubStanding_idle3"],
    [2347.8,11273.1,0.000732422],
    200.003 //done
]
call ExileClient_object_trader_create;

and I have the _trader = []call ExileClient_object_trader_create; around each trader in turn inside my initPlayerLocal.sqf file if that helps
