Just got a notification that MYSQL 5.7 is out. Is it really worth time to upgrade?

No. I repeat myself: I have about 1 MB per HOUR traffic with exile so why should i improve something which is bored?

Not much has changed except strict mode is on by default. There is no real reason to update unless you're a big MySQL security and performance freak. Update if you wish but you're not gonna see any improvments probably because as it is, your server does not put the MySQL server under any kind of heavy load.
