Australia, no vehicle spawn, code confusion

Question

I am map porting Australia to work with exile, and the last thing left to fix is the persistent vehicles spread across the map are not spawning. The spawn zone vehicles are spawning okay and buying a vehicle at the trader is working okay. 

    class VehicleSpawn
    {
        vehiclesGridSize=2200;
        vehiclesGridAmount=1;
        vehiclesDebugMarkers=0;
        damageChance=20;
        maximumDamage=0.89999998;
        

In vehicle spawn, I have looked and can see vehiclegridsize is set at 2200, I wonder if the problem is there? Any point in the right direction would be most appropriated. Thank guys

change grid size to a lower number and also up the grid amount. you have to tweak with them till thy are all on the map right. if thy are not spawning  at all you will have to look in you rtp log to see why.

If CfgWorlds / Mapname / safePositionAnchor or CenterPosition are not in the center of the map, our current system cannot spawn vehicles as that good. We will upgrade to a new way of doing that, which was introduced in Arma 1.48 https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/worldSize - our spawn system was built before that command was made.
