All,

Just curious if anyone is having this issue...

I'm trying to modify my mission.sqm to include the MAS weapon .pbo's however when I do my RPT is spammed with and mission wont start:

0:31:08 Warning Message: You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.mas_nw_rifle, mas_ru_rifle, mas_us_rifle, mas_us_rifle_c
 0:31:08 Missing addons detected:
 0:31:08   mas_nw_rifle
 0:31:08   mas_ru_rifle
 0:31:08   mas_us_rifle
 0:31:08   mas_us_rifle_c

I'm using eliteness to make changes, just wondering if something funky is going on.

Addons section of my mission.sqm
addOns[] = {"exile_client","a3_map_altis","mas_nw_rifle","mas_ru_rifle","mas_us_rifle","mas_us_rifle_c"};
addOnsAuto[] = {"exile_client","a3_map_altis","mas_nw_rifle","mas_ru_rifle","mas_us_rifle","mas_us_rifle_c"};

Any ideas?

Stupid question, have you added the actual addons as well?

I dont use them, but I presume they sit in your top level folder in it's own folder called @mas_SomethingOrOther

i just add the @mas
folder to the ARMA 3 directory then call it via the startup parms...

you're saying i need to add it to the addons folder?

You need to add the @mas folder to the server root as well as having a copy in your Arma 3 folder on your system. The same location on the server as @Exile - @ExileServer - @extDB2 etc You'll also need to copy the key to the keys folder on the server, I'm pretty sure @mas has one   ;)

agreed, just wondering what I need to add to the mission.sqm

I have @mas in the root directory so the weapons load just fine..I'd just like to lock it down so if you don't have the mod you can't join.

I am having this same issue. I believe that OP is trying to keep people from connecting unless they have the Nato+Russ weapon pack. I have a correct launch bat file and have edited my mission.sqm in the same way. Everywhere I have tried to educate myself about this has said to do it as posted in the OP...
