Adding buildings to map with exile crafting?

I was wanting to know how to add steam id to this so only an admin can build a new town

I can see maybe adding blue water barrels or a gas pump to the players build list maybe sandbag walls or lamps or newspawns crafting a bike from ductape

the whole crafting part of it works but everything that's crafted turns into a pre-made kit and instantly placed in your inventory to do that i would like to know. So i think we need to go this route instead and find an exile bike crafting method and alter it to make buildings in arma 3 to place things like this at base

i try to add sandbags in the crafting, but when its crafted, nothing in the inventory, just disaperar

Yea because is set to return an item to your inventory before it lets you build it. So we need to bypass that part and go from crafting right to build system

This script already exist i thiink we can alter it to add other items ingame

perhaps as  a start  and we can work from there:

veh = createVehicle["Exile_Bike_MountainBike", _parameters2 , [] ,0 , "NONE"];
veh = createVehicle["Add sandbags class namme here", _parameters2 , [] ,0 , "NONE"];
