cleanup Issues with weapons being cleaned up

Question

I have noticed that the vast majority of the time a players current weapon is cleaned up. After looking over the server 'main.fsm' it seems SimulatedWeaponHolder's (holders a units current weapon is added to when it dies) are cleaned up, every minute providing there are no players within 80 meters of the holder. This means that if you die, you are highly likely to lose your weapon and it is also pretty likely the weapon of a player you kill will also have their weapon cleaned before you can loot it.

Here are my proposed changes to 'main.fsm'. Another option could be to remove cleanup of SimulatedWeaponHolder's altogether, as far as I am aware they are only created when a unit dies and that unit has a weapon, and the holder is removed when its associated body is removed.
