Keep getting Bambi Creation Timeout

RPT:http://pastebin.com/d64CmCQ0

exDB:http://pastebin.com/EkqSGgKE

Not sure this is correct on disabling the sql strict mode http://puu.sh/karV0/42e2cba222.png

When I ran the exile sqf script in mySql, this is what it said in the Output http://puu.sh/kaskS/b127304023.png

You need to remove strict mode from your MySQL my.ini file
C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\my.ini

locate this line

sql_mode="NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION,STRICT_TRANS_TABLES"

and change it to

sql_mode="NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

make sure your SQL server is offline / closed before making this change as it has a habit of reverting.
restart everything and you should be good :)

I did was you said, changed the my.ini in the mysql folder.

I even did a full reinstall of mysql to make sure  everything was installed properly.

I still get the error timeout.

extDB log: http://pastebin.com/8iiPpikg

RPT log: http://pastebin.com/TmJn8GRT

Now the logs show that the database is working, but I'm still not getting a connection in game to the server. still times out.

Not sure what is up with this. I run SELECT @@GLOBAL.sql_mode; and it says 'STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION'

but strict_trans_tables isn't in my.ini

did you update the @ExileServer\extDB\sql_custom_v2\exile.ini from the 0.9.20 Update?

did you update the @ExileServer\extDB\sql_custom_v2\exile.ini from the 0.9.20 Update?

is there anything in that file that needs to be changed or just the file itself?
