Crafting code extention


Hello all,

I'd just like to ask why the use of cfgMag for crafting components? I've tried re-writing it with a dirty hack that states if cfgMag returns null for class name check cfgWeap. But this just bombs in game when clicking a carftable item it throws you back to the inventory. I get that its 100% prob my code. but is there a reason for seemingly odd limitation? Could you offer any examples or a work around?

Also is there any plans to add optional components, such as if I have an item that can be created from one of several items? for example creating bandages from any item of clothing.
