How does _allowTP append work? Issue with vehicles spawning on billboards

5 posts in this topic

Having some trouble with Infisat anti TP. We had to disable it for now.

We run Chernarus and need the allow tp append code, I assume this is for specifically vehicles, but how does this work?

If I get the coords for this, is the 300 around that the safezone, or?

I'm thinking all I need to do is add a if worldname is Chernarus and then add in the allowtp coords for my traders, is this correct?

if(worldName == 'Bornholm')then
{
    _allowTP append
    [
        [[3092.2,5468.97,0],321],
        [[12737.6,8757.8,0],321],
        [[6420.46,17217.2,0],321]
    ];
};

Thanks.

The 300 is the size of the zone around the coords, so put in your safezone coords, then pick size of zone to allow the tp in.

Thanks stonXer. @stonXer

The 300 is the size of the zone around the coords, so put in your safezone coords, then pick size of zone to allow the tp in.

Do you know the easiest way of taking mission.sqm coords and editing them into the above standard? I find folks saying the X and Y are swapped and people arguing over which is the height, etc.

The worldname stuff you can see there is just preset, you don't need all that

instead you could just have a big array with positions and radius

	_allowTP append
	[
		[[14599.966,16797.193,0],325],
		[[23334.605,24188.938,0],325],
		[[2998.0603,18175.479,0],325]
	];

while the array has subarrays that are the single white-listed positions, radius.
The radius needs to be bigger as the safezone radius because helicopters often spawn outside the safezone (outside the blue circle incase you take the blue marker of the zone as radius size)
