SOME vehicles not saving

So on my server some vehicles have saved when restart is like 1 minute away but others do not save, even when a vehicle has been there for 1 week somehow 1 restart its just gone... i don't really understand this, i get 1 error in the database logs

 would be great to get some help on this, kinda just realizing the rpt looks important

I have this error in 12 RPT (out of a couple of hundred) so it might be some fluke in the code. Post it in a more relevant forum, like "ask the devs" since this is a script error somewhere that kicks off under certain circumstances.

 

The 2nd error you can ignore.
