Exile basic.cfg configuration

Does anyone has a custom basic.cfg file running or just using the default one from the MOD server files ?

   Small messages are packed to larger packets (aggregate messages).
   Guaranteed packets (aggregate messages) are used for non-repetitive events like shooting.

i like how everyone runs our Basic  its a shame its config for a custom allocator.

I heard that it's a good idea to remove

MinBandwidth and MaxBandwidth

and have Arma calculate it itself. Any truth to this?
