Hi Guys,

Does anyone has a custom basic.cfg file running or just using the default one from the MOD server files ?

Thanks!

@CEN any ideas what "MaxSizeGuaranteed" actually is? xD

https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/basic.cfg

MaxSizeGuaranteed=<limit>;
   Maximum size (payload) of guaranteed packet in bytes (without headers).
   Small messages are packed to larger packets (aggregate messages).
   Guaranteed packets (aggregate messages) are used for non-repetitive events like shooting.
   Default: 512

Are there any calculators (or guides) out there for configuring this for an individual connection?

I heard that it's a good idea to remove

MinBandwidth and MaxBandwidth

and have Arma calculate it itself. Any truth to this?
