could you please give us the more info the better as  "Waiting for server to load..." could be like a mod issue, a commandline issue.

thats why we need as much info as possible.

arma3server.exe -mod=@exile;Kart;Mark;Heli; -servermod=@exileserver;
change to
arma3server.exe -mod=@exile;Kart;Mark;Heli -servermod=@exileserver

semicolon (;) is only for separating and should not be used on the last item of the lists for mods and server mods, ect.
it's waiting to load because it is expecting more mods after what you have there because the ; is there at the end.

it should be noted however, that this semicolon rule only applies to these start up commands, not to contents of files inside any .pbo's

So what's not working now? with those ; changes, it seems to be loading much further than it was before :)

what doesn't work? You have to be more specific or we can't help you.

As far as I can tell by looking at the last log you posted, the server started just fine, and a player even connected.
