    Thanks go to Sa-Matra for the initial code fix from King of the Hill. I have altered it to work in Exile mod Grab the files from GitHub https://github.com/MGTDB/Exile_Block_Floor_Peeking Add the contents of initPlayerLocal to your initPlayerLocal file at the top below if (!hasInterface || isServer) exitWith {}; Create a new folder called addons, within that folder create a new folder called fixes (unless you already have them) or alter paths in calls to your mission file requirements Add the 2 files in addons/fixes, or edit your existing files if already custom and add the contents of class CfgExileCustomCode Into that code block in mission.cpp (or .hpp) Pack mission file

    ladies, both ways are the same, but if you really want to talk about what one is better, it's most definitely renaming the variable in the config, unless other files use that variable, but doubtful

Good luck if you still got trouble with normal version there might be a fix in this topic already for it but i think this should work!     @Horbin was generous enough to allow me to continue the development of the Fulcrum Mission System (FuMS) and we have just pushed the updated version of FuMS to his GitHub site, which is here: CURRENT VERSION: 0.420 RELEASE DATE: 04/20/19 https://github.com/horbin/FuMS-HC-Exile NOTE: I recommend you reinstall the system, then add your custom content. If you want to submit content please do and I’ll add to base system. IMPORTANT!!!: I didn't fine tune the loot (YET). You should go through the loot tables and make your own custom loot. I have included examples and comments in the file LOOTDATA.SQF in the Theme directories to show you how. They are VERY generic. If the author had provided custom loot files, I tried to incorporate those as well. Don't be surprised if a difficult mission has crappy loot, it's not the authors fault. I will fix this is the next release. I just wanted to get the update out ASAP, but I am updating all loot tables now You can read more about this awesome mission system here in the main thread. And here is some info about what makes this such a cool mission system So far, the following issues have been resolved: 1. Exile Toast notifications and SystemChat messages have been added to address the issue of Global Hints being blocked 2. AI aggression has been updated to correct issues that occurred after the last major update to Arma 3. Poptabs have been added to soldiers and loot chests 4. Minor tweaks and corrections While this is great progress, there is more work to do to repair some of the base functions. Additionally, i would like to expand the system and activate as many of the features as we can. This thread is dedicated to that process and will include several additional posts to track new features, showcase videos and bug tracking. I will offer support while I can, but as this is a work in progress, it's still sort of rough. This is not really intended for beginner admins until we really polish the system up, but it is not difficult to set up at all, and works out of the box. All feedback and testers are welcome, but understand this is a labor of love.     Hello @Rastabob, If memory serves me well, it is in your 'VARS' file where you other ARMA settings are. In your profile folder are 2 files, and the VARS is one of them. BACK BOTH OF THEM UP FIRST, then delete the VARS file, then go into ARMA. This file USUALLY is where such stuff is kept. See HERE for more info on this. Do Note: Some other mods might also make use of this file, and many do. By deleting this, some of your other mods (ALiVE Liberation, and Antistasi for example) might have their progress deleted. This is why you make a BACK-UP!

    Yeah convoy's are still buggy, I need to build better logic for finding roads and spawning properly. I'm wrapping up some other updates and I'll make my way back to that element. Glad you like the system, it's been fun working on it and adding in cool features. The heli drop script works great now and I'll add that as soon as I finish off a few other additions. Any feedback on the other missions is appreciated

    All issues have been corrected (except the building one, still can’t find that one) and will be pushed to github once I finish the ability to give vehicles as loot! This is a cool feature that now air drops your prize after the mission completes.

    Just a little tweak, so when your players are building, they can check their Xm8/territory app to see how many constructions they can build up to for that level Grab ExileClient_gui_xm8_slide_territory_onOpen.sqf from client files and change the code to the following:- Then, place the file in your mission file and add the path to mission config/CfgExileCustomCode class CfgExileCustomCode { ExileClient_gui_xm8_slide_territory_onOpen = "myfixes\ExileClient_gui_xm8_slide_territory_onOpen.sqf";//change to your path! }; Pack your mission and you're done!

    Worked with @StokesMagee to bring combat logging punishment to Exile. This will kick in and kill the combat logger if they leave the game whilst in combat, either through alt+f4 or end mission, leaving their lifeless corpse there to loot. Players cannot logout normally whilst in combat as the option is blocked in escape menu CLIENT Pull ExileClient_gui_hud_toggleCombatIcon.sqf from client files into your mission file and change it to the following:- private["_display", "_icon"]; disableSerialization; _display = uiNamespace getVariable "RscExileHUD"; _icon = _display displayCtrl 1008; if (_this && {!(player getVariable ["ExileIsInCombat", false])}) then { player setVariable ["ExileIsInCombat", true, true]; } else { if (!(_this) && {player getVariable["ExileIsInCombat", false]}) then { player setVariable ["ExileIsInCombat", nil, true]; }; }; _icon ctrlShow _this; true What this does is set a variable on the player that can be read from the server Don't forget to add it into config.cpp in class CfgExileCustomCode { ExileClient_gui_hud_toggleCombatIcon = "ExileClient_gui_hud_toggleCombatIcon.sqf";//assuming changed file is in mission root }; SERVER Next, replace ExileServer_system_network_event_onHandleDisconnect.sqf with https://pastebin.com/gv0QhFD8 Note: Uncomment the lines marked for logging if you have infiSTAR Then repack exile_server and your mission file and you're done.     I play with my friend Derfel (Magorias) and have played on and off for years, likewise. There is simply no other server group that can hold a candle to MGT in regards to exile, they have excelled with brilliance since the early days of A2 and show no signs of stopping. MGT in general (I play on main Chernarus now, the most populated server at present) has a highly responsive and proactive admin team and a server owner that actually listens to the voice of the people that play on the server. All of MGT's servers across the board have a developer / scripter / and owner of nary a decade behind it's back and so you'll get the smoother experience as compared to other server groups which me and my friends have tried over the years. I have spoken to said person on a consistent basis and although busy, he always dignifies me with a response is always ready to help, this guy literally slaves away to preserve the health of the server on both a social / gameplay and stability level. If you're new and looking for a server, which I'm aware takes a lot of investment, and you're looking for a server group worth while to play... take it from me and the rest, there is simply no other place to be.

    I dont know if this is already known, but i think a found problem in VemFr One orginal post from wolfkillarcadia from this thread BI changed removeAllEventHandlers "MPKilled"; to removeAllMPEventHandlers "MPKilled"; I got further from VEmFr this rpt. error and i start to search (i was not sure that VemFr was the reason for this log entry but i suppose it because the name : Fr_fnc_scriptPath) and found it in this file: fn_spawnInvasionAI.sqf on the end of the line 84 VEMFr_fnc_scriptPath ); ( _this select 0 ) removeAllEventHandlers 'MPKilled' } " ]; and i've changed them to VEMFr_fnc_scriptPath ); ( _this select 0 ) removeAllMPEventHandlers 'MPKilled' } " ]; later i will test if the error in the rpt. log of vemFr is gone EDIT: there is one more location where you have to change removeAllEventHandlers "MPKilled" to removeAllMPEventHandlers "MPKilled"; the other file (fn_spawnVEMFrAI.sqf) is located at: a3_vemf_reloaded\fn\fn_spawnVEMFrAI.sqf

    Awesome server, good FPS, well balanced, plenty activities. Dev who listens his ppl needs, u can observe that in changelog. Constant pursuit for improovement. Most other server stuck in bugs and exploits that still continues since beggining of exile and MGT got it already solved n wiped from servers.

    Guys, quick question. Does anyone else have issues with mines spawning. I get the minefield markers (Signs) but not the actual mines.

    Hey all =] I just added this just in case someone tried to combat log etc... I just tested this by committing suicide then respawning, putting myself into combat then combat logged and upon re-joining the server it reverted me back to where I spawned wearing just a bambi suit and not the gear normally selected depending on rank etc. Should it not kill the player and give them the respawn screen? Not sure if its xsSpawn or maybe a database bug? Any ideas?
