  1. Does anyone know if it is possible to set loot spawn points where there are no buildings? Just based on map coordinates? I've been using Patrix87's loot position creator but it needs a building. What I'm doing is creating several camps that have no buildings. Just walls, fences, tables, chairs, etc. No buildings. But I want loot to spawn on the tables and in the compound at different locations. Is this possible? I haven't come across a way to do it yet. Thanks!

    Marking Buildings on Map

    Hey Guys, Like the title says I have been trying for awhile to mark the buildings I have added to my server on the in game map. Because there are so many I do not want to manually place the markers, so I have been playing with a few different codes that theoretically come close but havent solved the problem. If anyone could help or has ideas I would be seriously appreciative.   3. Hello all, I have created this mission file for the new map Malden, I have created it so that if people want to save time they can by downloading this. I have personally made this so that it has a black market trader and has a Construction trader. (These can all be modified, if you need help I will be happy to help you!) This works with the newest Exile 1.0.3 update What is needed to install this: Arma 3 Steam Arma Link Running Exile 1.0.3 Server Exile Mod Download Extract Malden Open file Navigate to "MPMissions" Upload Exile.Malden to "MPMissions" Then navigate to "ExileServer/addons" Replace "exile_server_config" In "config.cfg" replace this following code: How to modify use PBO manager and open the PBO's Use notepad++ and open the config files EDIT AWAY (DONT DO SOMETHING IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE ASK) What it includes: Spawn Points Loot spawns Custom buildings Custom Loot buildings Concrete mixers ATM'S are lockers (THIS CAN BE MODIFIED, USING CODE BELOW) Office Traders Cleaned code (More Performance) Easy to edit!     Gebäude von der Karte entfernen

    Hallo Leute, würde gerne wissen ob es möglich ist Gebäude von der Map Chernarus zu entfernen, da ich an der Stelle gerne etwas anderes stehen hätte. Ich hab's probiert indem ich nen Game Logic Marker gesetzt habe mit dem Befehl: " hideObject ([0,0,0] nearestObject xxxxx); " wobei xxxxx die Haus ID war, die ich mithilfe des Codes: " do3DENAction "ToggleMapIDs"; " in der Debug Console sichtbar gemacht habe. Nun hab ich an der Stelle ein neues Haus gesetzt und wenn ich das auf den Server werfe, übernimmt er das Gebäude, aber nicht den Code zum "verstecken" des anderen Hauses auf der Stelle. Resultat: Jetzt stehen da zwei Häuser. Mag mir jemand ein Tutorial zukommen oder eine kurze Step by Step Anleitung hier lassen, der davon ein wenig Ahnung hat? Ciao, Papawolf

    Cup Core objects server side only

    Is there a way to add cupbased objects that aren't available in vanilla arma or exile to our server side assets with requiring client side to download anything? Wanting to use some cup objects and compilations to build with and not require any client side cooperation? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
  7. Hi und guten Abend, Solangsam bin ich echt am verzweifeln. Bin dabei etwas mit dem Loot zu experimentieren. Mein Server läuft mit Tanoa und wer es evtl schon mal gesehen hat weis dort gibt es Bunkeranlagen. Leider spawnd dort kein loot. Nun nach langem suchen im Internet habe ich ein Tool gefunden: "Dealman's 3DEN Tools" mit dem man genau den Eintrag erstellen kann der in die config.cpp von Exile_Server_Config muss. Dortiger eintrag sieht nah dem Hinzufügen von 6 Testgebäuden & 2 Test Crashsite Fahrzeugen so aus: Aus dem RPT ist zu ersehen das einiges mehr auf dem Server bereits gemacht wurde was aber noch nicht perfekt läuft. Heist es sind einige Errors drin. Dennoch spawnd in meinen Gebäuden und an meiner Crashsites kein loot. Mir ist aufgefallen das wenn ich im Spiel bin an beispielsweise Den Bunkeranlagen immer leicht grau "Building" auftaucht. Evtl hat es ja damit etwas zu tun. RPT: Für das Crashsite script musste die "ExileClient_system_lootManager_thread_spawn.sqf" hinzugefügt ein eingebunden werden: Leider hat auch das hinzufügen und darauffolgende editieren keine Änderung gebracht. Habe nun schon echt viel probiert und bin offen für Lösungsvorschläge bzw Smalltalk über dieses Problem "Gerne auch über TS oder Skype" Sollte noch etwas fehlen nur zu ich füge es Zeitnah hinzu.   11. i am still using arma 3 v1.56 at the moment and i have added hangars and 7 numbered military towers to the airfield , tower 1 and 2 i dont expect to spawn as they are too near terminal but all the others do. I have added a huron fuel pod and huron ammo pod a medical pod and a cargo pod just for show. I noticed the cargo pod and medical one spawn and they are on the grass in front of the apron . The fuel and ammo pods give the option to rearm and refuel and nothing happens which is weird because a fuel van will refuel and a zammak ammo will reammo regardless of where they are so am i missing something, all i did was placed the objects and export all from eden editor and pasted it into initserver.sqf as normal overwriting my previous stuff
  12. Hi, The players on my server have requested that I add the ability to purchase buildings from the vendors, (ie. Land_Cargo_Patrol_V1_F, Land_Cargo_Tower_V1_No1_F, etc). This is easy enough to add the classes, but for some reason it will not allow me to purchase the buildings from the vendors. Is this an Exile limitation, and if it is, how would one go about coding for this? Thanks in advance for the response(s), Drag.

Hello, I have placed some A2 buildings with m3editor on the airfield and I have the chernarus loot table included, but it's missing some buildings, so i modified the original "CfgBuildings_Chernarus.h" and added some of those buildings, (medical tents mostly) and they dont spawn loot. I tried CUP and non-CUP classnames (eg.: MASH, CUP_A2_mash, spawns the same medical tent, IMG: http://puu.sh/ng9E6/24edc710ca.jpg, but none of them spawned loot when i added them to the buildings list) also CUP classnames never worked. Here is my cfgbuildings.chernarus.h http://pastebin.com/C3Vk2eUA land_tent_east works and has loot, but camp,MASH,MASH_EP1,CampEastC,CampEast_EP1 etc. has no loot for some reason. Am I missing something, or exile dont recognize those buildings as buildings?

    Custom Buildings on a remote server

    Hello Gang... Well I have a strange error... when I open the Arma 3 editor, and use the M3 Editor to create building for my custom traders, it all looks great... But when I then insert it into my remote servers initServer.SQF file, and loads it up... it seems like it all moved... The outputfile and the initServer file looks a bit diffrent, could that be it?   15. Hey guys, I got a "little" problem. Actually i am a bit scared of building more Wood Storage Crates... Because everytime I do this and put some stuff in them they often disappear just after server restarts, i really don´t know where it depends on, i have never tried just building them without putting stuff in them and waiting for restart! But it is annoying and I lost quite much stuff cause of this... another thing i found out when i put some floors above my base these storage crates and my safes are moving really crazy. they lay on the ground and often they are turned over. Another thing I have found out while building my base is that wood walls sometimes change their position over restart eventhough i snapped them so they should normally not change their position cause of physics or something, anyways you can disable it wasn´t it like this ?
