    Convoy mission?

    I recall a long time ago, having a convoy mission. You'd have 2 or 3 vehicles (customizable, which vehicle, how many, armed, not armed, etc) driving around the map (similar to the roaming patrols) but they carried A LOT of loot in the vehicles, and about 3, 4 or 5 ai in each vehicle, the idea was to intercept this convoy, take out the ai, and you'd get the loot and vehicles. However, I can't remember whether it was occupation, DMS, or some other type of ai/mission system. Does anyone recall, or does anyone know of such a mission?
  4. I've spent about 12 hours of work over the last few days trying to figure out why my server will not spawn AI or vehicles consistently. I'm using Host Havoc and have managed to get the basics up and running such as exile, infiniSTAR, and DMS (only know because I have missions that spawn and such). I've got things set up in these slots Server Mods(@ExileServer;@a3_infiniSTAR_Exile;@a3_exile_occupation) and Mods(@Exile;@a3_dms). I've seen how helpful the community here seems to be and was hoping that someone could see where I've fucked up. I will get the codes in here for my a3_exile_occupation.config and dms.config What I really want to know is how can I set the roaming AI really high, what is the difference between the dynamic and static missions, and what on earth is wrong with the code (which I will post immediately under this one)

    [Solved]Extened survival pack problem

    Hello. First sorry for my english. I have server a few weeks, i use RHSrf, RHSus Extended base mod and extended survival pack and a3xai, VEMFr. Everything was ok and work fine. Last week i try to install dms and occupation and in my rpt i saw error "you cannot play edit this missionbecause.. bla bla bla extended survival pack was delet". With a3xai there is no such problem, only when i install dms and occupation. How can to fix this?

    DMS/ Occupation Rpt error

    In setting up ChernarusRedux server with DMS/Occupation encountered error that I can’t find to fix. The server will start but can never join. We have infistar, cup weapons/vehicles/units, EXad. Changed some Occupation settings when error came up. I can post any logs I have, if some one can please help.   8. I am running DMS and Occupation on my Tanoa server. I have 4 Kajman "O_Heli_Attack_02_F" patrolling the sky from the Occupation system. They roam the sky and do chase our players. The issue is they do not actually fire upon them. When I launched my server about a year ago there was a chopper ( I cannot recall the type ) that would attack my players from 2K away and kill them like the finger of god unseen. I then substituted the pawnee ( unarmed ) and all went well. Now My players asked to bring back armed air AI. So I chose the Kajman (armed) but they will not engage. What am I missing? How did I screw this up? One strange thing is, I use the same chopper "O_Heli_Attack_02_F" for air patrol in my VEMF missions and it engages correctly. Config.sqf Spoiler below.

    Rewards from DMS Occupation Gear Crates!

    Hi, quick question. With regard to the DMS Occupation "Gear crates" that spawn on the map, i would like to make it so when someone completes a gear/loot crate, they get a reward of 1000 pop tabs (example) is that possible? Also, at the moment, when someone does complete one, it doesnt remove the map marker, and doesnt notify the other players? Thanks!

    Can you work this one out?

    Ran into an issue tonight whilst adding a few changes to my server Mods running = Ryan's Zombies and Demons & Mozzies Server mods running = Exile & infistar Addons = DMS & Occupation& ExAd i had tested ExAdand all was working fine then i added Grinding and Hacking and this is when i got this issue yet it show it is to do with Occupation Latest Server .rpt bellow https://pastebin.com/w7hHr0Xv The issue from the rpt: Latest client side .rpt bellow https://pastebin.com/1a4CEXft I have gone into the \@ExileServer\addons\a3_exile_occupation and tried changing the config setting To both true or false and i get the same result Here is my \@ExileServer\addons\a3_exile_occupation\scripts\occupationLog.sqf Any ideas? A3 Exile Occupation No Backpack Spawning Via Gear Crates So I have Occupation up and running on the server and everything else is spawning within the gear crates which are these things located on the map (shown in spoiler below) they're basically small missions with between 1-4 AI (1-3 AI is default I think) and just a crate of gear. But you see my problem is that everything else spawns within these crates from weapons to attachments, magazines, clothing/uniforms to vests etc. And most of the this stuff is modded too including HAP, Exile, TRYK and even vanilla ArmA 3 items, yet the only things that do not spawn within these crates no matter how many time I've tried are backpacks and for some reason for the life of me I cannot get these to work and I have no idea why. I've tried HAP, TRYK and even Vanilla backpacks I have TRYK uniforms spawning in here along with HAP weapons and vests/helmets. But backpacks on the other hand, well you may want to think about that one again. I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten backpacks to spawn within these crates if not then I can finally move on and just add them via the AI around the crate (which could be the solution but I am stubborn) but I'd just like to know is all.     Occupation Not Spawning Modded Loot?

    Hello, so I've recently setup Occupation along with DMS on the server ans they work fine, if you're using them as they are when you get them packaged, but I wanted to make it so that players are only able to get modded gear through AI etc. and I made the changes the other day to have the Gear boxes spawn with Hobo ArmA Pack items along with some other stuff like TRYK uniforms and I knew this wasn't going to work since I just had a bad feeling. So I got around to testing the gear boxes today and to no surprise the newly added gear I added wasn't actually within the crate and well I honestly have no idea why. I mean people are going to shout at me for the mods I have on the server, and I understand why, and I know it's stupid but I couldn't help myself.     OSG's Exile Malden server just launched! Our server focuses on returning combat to the Arma 2 days where firefights were longer engagements that consisted of tactical movement and skilled shot placement. High powered guns (above 7.62) are available, but only drop very rarely from military areas and mission crates. The ammunition for high-powered rifles is priced considerably higher than normal rifles, so you won't be using them all the time. Roaming AI occupy the military areas and occasionally ships will sink to the ocean floor carrying rare goods. Helicopter crashes and AI guarded loot crates are also spread around the map, ensuring you always have something to do. The Malden map is ideal for enjoyable PvP engagements but still has plenty of places to hide a base of operations.     Our server is geared to players who enjoy a server that doesn't just hand all the OP gear and vehicles to you on a platter. We have put much time and effort into balancing our server for both new players and original members. We have the most customized exile server with base, uniform,backpack, and vehicle paint in combination with a large array of mod like HAP,HVP,HWP,CUP,MAS the possibilities for your loadout are endless. We have crate loading into vehicles enabled as well as selling them at the waste dump to cut down on tedious looting. We are largely comprised of mature adult gamers with a large US military representation (mostly army). We have a custom black market trader (which we are putting on a naval carrier) for jets which will also be a radiation zone only accessible with the use of an exile gas mask which is rare loot from only the most difficult missions. If you want a server that will challenge your tactical mindset (and skill) we welcome all players of all skill level and play styles but all will be tested >:) We are always looking for more staff members in the moderator community as well as any suggestions or feedback from players on our server. All admins play as players with all powers off until we are needed and just to ensure there is no pvp admin abuse, after an admin is called to a players location we will take a 15 minute "timeout" in either trader or our base to ensure no admins are given unfair information. Our steam group is 350th Apex Predators and our announcements is how we keep our players informed of all changelogs and updates to the server.
  24. Hi all, Just started a new server up and am working on running ExileZ and Exile Occupation together. Ideally we would have zombies inhabiting towns/other sites with NPCs spawning at crates/missions around and in cars roaming the map. Before doing this, we changed the sides of the server so that zombies=east, NPCs=west, and players-ind. Currently, the AI spawn around the map; just not as completely as we hoped. Zombies have occupied the towns correctly, however NPCS will not spawn in roaming cars or occupying cities. They will only show up at crates and missions separate from any infection zones. Has anyone ran into this issue before? We are not sure if this is a conflict of AI sides (zombies should be same side as NPCs) or if the NPCs are being restricted from spawning near the infection zones (which are all over the map).
