Hi everyone, on my extdb3 server safes dont work as they should unless constructed inside territory, tried reading topics here, and googling and consulting on Discord, and for testing purpouses created a new extdb2 server and c/p all mods/addons and mission file to it, so it is identical to extdb3 one, minus extdb3 override. Now what is going on: EXTDB3 when constructed outside of territory: got the toast saying PIN is 0000 using scroll menu on safe there are only two options, inventory and pack when using pack option and type PIN 0000 get the toast that PIN is wrong, which makes packing impossible safes are NOT being written to database if no safe is constructed there is no error in rpt, however if one is constructed the following error appears: 18:58:14 Exile_Construction_Safe_Preview: doorrotation - unknown animation source dooranimationsource 18:58:15 Error in expression <llExtension _query); (_result select 1) select 0 > 18:58:15 Error position: <select 0 > 18:58:15 Error Generic error in expression' 18:58:15 File extdb3_server\code\ExileServer_system_database_query_insertSingle.sqf, line 16 when constructed on territory: got a complete scroll menu can pack, lock, change PIN safe is written to database EXTDB2 got complete scroll menu regardless of territory can pack, lock, change PIN safe is written to database Beside the above error there is no major error in rpt, and the same files work as they should without extdb3 overrides. Which leads to conclusions: there is something wrong with extdb3, the way it is installed, or some lines of code in it, since they cannot be used outside of territory there is something wrong with extdb2, the way it is installed, or some lines of code in it, and I got used to safes not working properly and being able to place them where I want to regardless of the territory on extdb2, and the above error is a result of my poor server administration. Can you help me solve this mystery? Thanks in advance.

    Exilez mod vehicle safe area

    Hi, im using the exilez-2 mod for the zombies, all is working great apart from the zombies not attacking players when the player hugs close to a vehicle. I thought it only happened with helicopters where you could stand under the props and zeds would just refuse to come under to get you but it's the same with ground vehicles too, the zeds just stand back as if blocked by an invisible wall. Is there any way to change this or a simple setting to edit to maybe lift this block or maybe reduce it to like 2M (zombie arm reach)? I dont mind it happening under a heli but for every vehicle is a bit OP, not much risk to a player if all they need to do is stand next to a vehicle.

  5. Ayo, some day´s ago i saw a script allow lockpicking doors, safes with knives. You also could attach a satchle to a safe, like a trap - wich needs defused with minedetector before lockpicking. For some reason, i can't longer find it in the boards - might be due hack occured the days (backup) - does someone got a link? Cheers

    Safe kits not working

    Hey guys, the issue im having is recently the safe kits are not showing the option to lock, unlock or change pin. the only thing i can do is pack the safe but even that doesn't work for some reason. The default code is 0000 but once thats entered it just says "wrong code" and refuses to pack. any ideas?

    Crafting: Make a Safe (Balanced)

    Hi, I thought i would share this recipe i made, I am sure someone else has done something similar before but i made this myself and like the way its made so i thought i would share it. This Recipe allows a player to craft a safe as long as they have: Fire Water Source 4 x Fortification Upgrade Kit's 1x Code Lock (The Fire and Water are used to Temper the metal making it stronger) The Fortification Kits can not be purchased normally only crafted or found in missions.The amount of metal needed to craft 4 kits is: 16 x Metal Boards 8 x Metal Poles or 64 Junk Metal Estimated cost of crafting a safe: 21k only a 4k saving from the standard safe price for all that work, but it does allow players with less respect access to a secure storage albeit with a TON of work. In fact assuming a sledgehammer is used to gather all that metal from shipping containers it will take about 320 swings to gather enough metal then they need to craft boards and poles, then craft the kits, THEN pay 5000 for a code lock and then have Fire and water together and fit 4 Fortification kits in their inventory to craft 1 safe. Realistically anyone with an alternative way to get a safe would likely take it but for those with no other option its a good way to get your first safe Installation: I have not really tested this and this is my first attempt to make something like this. please don't judge me too harshly.

    Able to access locked safe

    In the current build I am able to access my safe when its locked if there is a loot spawn under it.

    Toast Exile

    Welcome to the Toast Exile Server, We are and English and German speaking community and you can be a part of it. I am creating many cool features to keep the Server interesting. I already added some custom AI Missions and custom rewards when you finish the Mission. We have 4 difficulties: easy, moderate, difficult and hardcore. You will get a defined amount of money and respect for the difficulty of the mission. This will be split up into the count of the players. The next thing are the patrols all over the map.   10. Good morning folks! I am currently using A3XAI (along with DMS). I have been using this for some time, but I cannot seem to get AI to stay away from the safe zones. Per the a3xai_config > config.cpp I should just be able to do the following: //Array of positions defining trader locations. AI will be non-hostile and damage immune around this area. //Use this if your server is not using the standard Exile trader markers or sensors in mission.sqm //For performance reasons, do not add locations other than actual trader positions to this array. //Example: traderAreaLocations[] = {{2998.06,18175.5,0},{14600,16797.2,0},{23334.6,24188.9,0}}; traderAreaLocations[] = {{4318.0366,108.7392,4888.1631},{11953.07,25.323074,5895.6865},{7761.9097,176.88542,8315.377}}; RPT file doesn't seem to be showing any errors, but I can't get this for the life of me. Any suggestions? Just in case, I have the pastebin link below (sorry about the RPT spamming - some useless warnings in there that go on forever).

    Safe Limits

    Hey guys, I have noticed, while watching the players on my server, that base raiding seems to come with very little rewards. In order to compensate for that I was thinking about adding a script that would limit the number of safes a player, or group of players, could have. This would make players place more crates. In turn, making raiding someones base a little more interesting! I have been unsuccessful at finding any such script and was hoping that the forums here could point me in the right direction!! Any Ideas?

    just wanted to let yea know that you can glitch in to safe if you drop something near the safe, theen click inv. to that item when you right by the (touching) safe, you can view item in safe
