Thanks Ned!  Variety is a good thing.

Just testing an update to this: 31 missions with 105 variations (not including extra vehicle possibilities) including more randomised loot and also randomising some of the vehicles on top of the random levels etc

Awesome! Thank you so much for your work and generosity.

How would I go about removing static MGs from  your missions? Would I remove the 'call DMS_fnc_SpawnAIStaticMG;' function or maybe remove _staticguns from the _missionObjs =

cheers :)

find

Quote

// add static guns
_staticGuns =
[
 [
  // make statically positioned relative to centre point and randomise a little
  [(_pos select 0) -(5-(random 2)),(_pos select 1)+(5-(random 2)),0],
  [(_pos select 0) -(5+(random 2)),(_pos select 1)-(5+(random 2)),0],
  [(_pos select 0) +(5+(random 2)),(_pos select 1)+(5+(random 2)),0],
  [(_pos select 0) +(5-(random 2)),(_pos select 1)-(5-(random 2)),0]
 ],
 _group,
 "assault",
 "static",
 "bandit"
] call DMS_fnc_SpawnAIStaticMG;

just add /* */ around it to comment out then you need to remove it from objects

Quote

// Define mission-spawned objects and loot values
_missionObjs =
[
 _staticGuns+_baseObjs+[_veh],   // armed AI vehicle, base objects, and static guns
 [_vehicle],       //this is prize vehicle
 [[_crate1,_crate_loot_values1]]  //this is prize crate
];

becomes

Quote

// Define mission-spawned objects and loot values
_missionObjs =
[
 baseObjs+[_veh],   // armed AI vehicle, base objects, and static guns
 [_vehicle],       //this is prize vehicle
 [[_crate1,_crate_loot_values1]]  //this is prize crate
];

if the mission has nothing else on line 1 of missionobjs then just put [],

I think you could also just // out each of the cords for them too and so it doesn't load any, but it could error on cleanup

hello I'm  having a bit of a hard time with your dms mission. on where you are stating  1.  Copy contents of this folder>/missions/bandit/ into a3_dms.pbo /missions/bandit/ , you can remove old missions.
2.  Copy contents of this folder>/objects/ into a3_dms.pbo /objects/ , you do not have to replace any already in there (files dont go in the static folder)
3.  Extract main config.sqf
4. Find
 DMS_BanditMissionTypes =  I have no clue where the config.sqf you are speaking of to add the dms_banditmissiontypes because there isnt any config.sqf in your download nor in the exileserver.
