[scarCODE] Server Info Menu

When you have played 1000's of hours of intense gun fights with Vcom Ai and so on it can get you killed, and that's before how it gets in the way of the use of keybinds, that many use for movment mods and othermods as a keybind, on ours servers we have always put it on a app on the XM8, I guess it depends on the player and their gameplay sytles.  If i join a server and see it on the wheel all that tells me is the owner might be lacking foresight lol maybe i have been playing exile to long(since closed testing) and gone OCD about profection :-)

Guys, can you help me?

I have got the menu working like I want, admin see it fine, but regular players get kicked.. I did add to Infistar Whitelist.

When i turn on the "openAtLogin = no;" to "yes",  in game i cannot move. I can only move cursor. Any way to fix it? And where in initplayerlocal directly i need to put this createDialog 'RscDisplayServerInfoMenu' ???
