map [SOLVED] Map download. (SOLVED)

Well i have tried both mirrors for Namalsk Map (Arma 3)  and they both only download 139MB when it says 2.3GB on the download page.

And when i try to open it i get this error in winrar. (see image).

I would use the  A3 launcher but my server box does not have steam installed so it does not like to run

The gDrive link seems good so far already past the 139mb.
